GEAR: High-end sea kayaks, neoprene wetsuit ans booties, life vest, spray skirts, and dry bags. SAFETY: Certified expert guides (Engligh/French/Spanish), VHF radio, rescue equipment, and first-aid kits. INSURANCES : Adventure tourism accident coverage (Bldrich -CHUBB). MEALS: Half-day: Snacks/tea. Full-day: Full lunch and snacks. Expeditions: All meals included ( backcountry catering). TRANSPORT: Pick-up and drop-off from your accomodation in Puerto Varas.
Requirements & Restrictions
PHYSICAL CONDITION: Health compatible with rowing and/or swimming activity is required. GENERAL AGES: Minimum 4 years - Maximum 75 years. NAVIGATION CLASSIFICATIONS: Class I: From 14 years old (4 to 14 years old accompanied by a guardian). Class II: From 16 years old (12 to 16 with authorization). Knowing how to swim is mandatory. Class III: From 18 years old - Knowing how to swim is mandatory. Rivers Grade I-III: From 14 years old (8 to 14 with authorization). Rivers Grade IV-V: From 16 years old (14 to 16 with authorization). Knowing how to swim in safe positions is mandatory.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
BOOKING: 50% deposit required. Full passenger details ( Full names, RUT/Passport number, Nacionality, Date of birth). Balance to pay at minimum 7 days previous to the beggining of services. CANCELLATIONS: 30 days or more before the trip: 100% refund of the reservation amount. 29 to 8 days before the trip: 50% refund of the reservation amount. 7 days or less: No refund, but it is allowed to transfer the spot to another passenger. In the case of verifiable force majeure, management will evaluate the possibility of a full refund. WEATHER NOTE: The itinerary may vary at the discretion of the lead guide due to currents, tides, or weather conditions, always prioritizing the safety of the group.
